Refund policy

We want you to love your ada & belle pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on worn items or sale items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or provided as store credit if preferred. Please contact us prior to returning an item so we can assist you with the process.
